Stafford Michaels, the father of Frank Michaels of the Peterson & Gray Grocery died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Fiddler near Stockwell Monday morning at 9:20. Death was due to heart failure and paralysis. He was born March 25, 1850 and married Dec 19, 1875. His wife preceded him in death. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. A. Kinneman of Linden and three children. Mrs. Blanche FIddler, Arthur Michaels of Kirkpatrick and Frank of this place. The funeral was held at the Kirkpatrick ME Church Wednesday morning at 10:30 and interment was made in the IOOF Cemetery here. -- kbz
